Error Codes
The Simcenter STAR-CCM+ user interface will return error codes for any issues encountered with the library for standard issues.
There error codes can be found below along with the reason.

Environment variable is present with the filename defined in the environment variable but the file cannot be found |

Environment variable is present (directory only) but the file cannot be found in the directory |
403 |
Environment variable is not present and the file cannot be found |
500 |
License has expired |

License is invalid for device |
1000 |
Unable to find license file in path |
1001 |
Unable to open license file |
1002 |
Unable to decrypt license file likely tampered or generated incorrectly |
3003 |
Unable to find Material with ID |
5002 |
Unable to parse license file likely tampered or generated incorrectly |
SIGSEGV Error - Memory access exception
There is currently a SIGSEGV error that is occurring when an error code is produced by the corrosionanalyzer-ccm library. This an bug in Simcenter STAR-CCM+ and will be fixed in a future update. To see the underlying error code a log.txt file is currently being created.
